WHO WE ARE

We are a dedicated group of advisers and mentors who focus on helping private health care practitioners develop and grow their Practice. We offer a range of skills and experience which has been gained from working with, and working for, a large number of clients over many years.

WHAT WE DO

In helping practitioners develop their practice, the key approaches we use include:
  • Working as a mentor to help the Private Practitioner diagnose the current strengths and weaknesses of their practice and then to develop a business plan. This through an initial meeting and then through a combination of email and telephone support.

  • Facilitating development and business planning meetings with two or more individuals working in the same practice or multi–disciplinary practices.

  • Working as a mentor with a practitioner on a more regular to help them monitor the performance of the practice and discuss issues that might be relevant to the management of the practice. This to include helping the practitioner select appropriate associates.

  • Organising and/or speaking at workshops conferences and seminars on private practice development issues, such as marketing, finance, starting up in practice and selling the practice.

  • Developing and administrating patient surveys.
