SOME RECENT PROJECTS

These include:

  • acting as a mentor to a physiotherapist who was looking to open a new Practice.
     
  • conducting a feasibility study for a physiotherapist who was considering buying new premises in which to relocate their Practice.
     
  • facilitating a meeting between two practitioners who were considering becoming partners in a multi-disciplinary Practice.
     
  • working with two individual podiatrists to help them identify the relative strengths and weaknesses of their individual practices and then to develop relevant business plans.
     
  • training practitioners use the Breakeven software, advertised on this website to increase their understanding of the impact of various financial options.
     
  • developing and running a series of workshops, in association with the relevant Professional Body, on Practice Development, throughout the UK.
     
  • running a programme on Private Practice Management for a group of Practice Managers.
